SERVICE & MAINTENANCE FOR NORTH FORK HOMES
SUPPORT FOR THE HOMES SEIFERT CONSTRUCTION HAS ALREADY BUILT ON THE NORTH FORK, NOT JUST THE ONES STILL UNDERWAY.
After more than 25 years building homes across the North Fork, it became clear that even well-built houses need attention over time. That, combined with requests from longtime clients, led the company to start a Service and Maintenance division.

A COMMON CONCERN FOR NORTH FORK HOMEOWNERS
Homeowners often lose something once a project wraps up: a builder who understood every detail of the house moves on, and any repair work afterward falls to a contractor unfamiliar with how the home was actually built.
For a house with custom millwork or specific materials, that unfamiliarity can lead to repairs that do not quite match the original work. Seifert clients wanted a way to maintain their North Fork homes as they were originally built, without starting over with someone new.
WHAT THIS NORTH FORK SERVICE INCLUDES
Service and Maintenance is not a home watching service. It is a direct line to the company when something comes up. Clients call 631.298.1036 or email service@seifertconstruction.com, and the company sends a trained technician to look at the issue and resolve it.
Clients get the same standards applied to a repair that were applied to the original build. Because the technicians already understand how Seifert homes are constructed, including the materials used and the custom millwork built into many projects, issues tend to get diagnosed and resolved faster than they would with an unfamiliar contractor.

OUR APPROACH
The division was built around a simple idea: a home should be cared for the same way it was built. Rather than sell a maintenance package, the company built this as responsive service, available whenever a North Fork client actually needs it.

WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT
Few custom builders offer any kind of service after a project wraps. Once the punch list is done, the relationship usually ends there. Seifert Construction added this division because clients asked for it, and because 25 years of building on the North Fork made clear that a well-built home still needs care later on.
