As homeowners for many years, we have had our share of dealing with contractors, construction workers, plumbers, carpenters and countless people that we relied on to work in our home. While many times these experiences were positive, often these experiences were fraught with disappointment, shoddy work, and conflict. You could imagine when we took on the task of building a home that we were set for all the above and one long challenging roller coaster ride. Then we met the Seifert Brothers, Fred, and John, and a small miracle occurred. From the very beginning, we were impressed by their professionalism and amazing craftsmanship.
While building a new home can be stressful, the Seiferts were committed to ensuring that our new home would be of high quality and to our expectations. Every single member of their organization was committed to ensuring that our home was built to ours and their high standards and most importantly to our satisfaction. Because they are so experienced, they have a system in place that is designed to maintaining consistent communication with the homeowner.
Whether it be photo updates, emails or phone calls, they made sure we were involved every step of the way. One of the more impressive things about this experience was how well the Seiferts worked with our architect, which can sometimes be a difficult relationship. While building the house, they came up with ideas and changes that enhanced the layout and successfully collaborated with the architect to make it happen. Their commitment didn’t stop when our home was done. They continue to be available to follow up on any issues we might have to fine tune the house. As we look around our new home, we are reminded of how many people made this possible. The Seiferts are at the top of the list. Their honesty, reliability, and expertise are unparalleled and made it all happen. What made it even better, they’re great people.
